The Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16034 referenced in your question is the complete 5th Wheel Hitch for your 2017 Ford F-350 with the factory rail kit. This hitch includes the legs that will drop directly into the 4 receiver pucks that are built into the factory underbed rails on your truck.
The Curt # C16017 that you also mentioned is just the leg assembly for the above 5th Wheel Hitch. The head is not included.
