Hello I just received my hitch and was putting it together and I have only been sent 4 bolts to attach the head to the legs where there are 8 holes for bolts is 4 all that is required?

I attached a picture that shows all of the hardware that comes with the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Ford OEM Legs # C16034. Sounds like you have all of the correct hardware as you mentioned the 4 bolts seen in this picture.
