Expert Reply:

The Lippert 4,400 lb axles use the same bearings and seals as a Lippert 3,500 lb axle so you can use the Bearing Kit for #84 Spindle part # BK2-100 or just the Grease Seal part # RG06-050.

Conner, I'm looking to get a set of spare bearings, races, and seals for my new RV. I also have a Lippert 4400# Axle These are on a brand new 2025 Grandesign Imagine 2600RB. The Axle Info is: -Lippert 4400# Axle -Item Number:V000965529 -Axle Code: LCI52-SBSA-86.5-68.5-NOSP-0S-L-65517-RED-ABS-7225-BRONZE-30SPT-CAP4400#V000114392 -Serial #: S012439586. @Norman Lippert is a little funny when it comes to their 4,400 lbs axles. They don't have a true standard 4,400 lbs axle. Instead, they have some that use the same inner and outer bearings as a 3,500 lb axle (# L68149 and # L44649) and some that match the Dexter 4,400 lbs axles which use inner and outer bearings # L68149 and # LM67048. Anytime I see one of these 4.4K Lippert axles I ask to pull out the inner and outer bearings and either find the bearing numbers or measure the ID with a micrometer. If the outer bearing surface on the spindle measures 1 inch, then you will want the # L68149 and # L44649 bearings and if it measures 1.25 inches, then you will want the # L68149 and LM67048 bearings.
