The kit was very easy to install. It came with all the hardware.
The only problem now is I’ve added about 50 pounds more to the ramp door. I’m going to try adjusting the springs. Not sure how far I can go with them though.

I like it and it's makes it a lot easier driving my equipment in and out of the trailer but after using it for about a week I realize that it is quite heavy and having to lift it throughout the day has made my back hurt. Other than that, it is of good quality

Excellent material!! Handles my needs perfectly! I have gone over it with more weight and no problem. I would absolutely recommend it's purchase, matter of fact I may buy a second one for the inside lip of trailer as this one is at ramp doors edge to ground contact. No wood conversions compares to this, especially after a hard days work in the rain.
Got the items super quick. Don't know why I waited to get these for my trailer. As a DJ I have hated having to lift my carts up over the lip of the ramp. These went together very easily and had both installed in about half an hour. Looking forward to using these soon on my next event.Photos show installed and ramp up.

After a year these are just what I needed. They have been great and a life saver for my back. Wish I would have found them sooner.
So far I like them a lot. I bought them for my event/ sales trailer for my business. I have run 1100lbs tool boxes and 800lbs tire machines across them and they are working well. Very happy so far.
Easy install and seems sturdy.

Loving it. I did mess up the rubber on the top while having the mower deck to low on entering but the product is still going strong. Once the bottom wood flaptransition on my trailer goes bad I will be replacing with this one.
I think it’s a nice quality heavy duty transition plate. I went with it because I like that they made it out of steel & made it adjustable & powder coated & e-coated & added grip tape. It’s an extra nice touch. Makes my job easier rolling the pallet jack up & down the ramp. Easy to install as long as you’re not doing it outside in the 100+ heat in the Utah Desert.
Super easy installation, high quality tread and heavy duty plates. The only thing I don't love is that it doesn't lay flat over the transition. I put some plastic spacers under the hinges and drilled out holes for the nuts and hinge rivets to help alleviate this. Perhaps raising the tongue more would help also.
I work for a landscape company and stumbled across this transition plate. We've currently been using heavy wood plates that flip down on our enclosed trailers and break all the time. Installed this and the crew seems to love it! Might be a winter project to replace all the wood ones with these. Install was simple and easy.
Adjustable and fit perfectly on the end of the trailer ramp. Much easier to use then the portable chunk of steel that we were using.
I got two of these. One for the end of the ramp and one for the transition. I am very happy with the end of the ramp but the transition wouldn't lay flat unless I shimmed up the hinge quite a bit. It will still do that job but not nearly as efficient as it appeared it would. Not sure if it is just my trailer or if they just need to change the design to make it lay flat.
Everything was great from start to finish. One of the two boxes was badly damaged and the end was ripped, but kudos to whoever made the decision to tape the hardware bags to the ramps. Product seems extremely durable.

excellent and a simple install. Other than the plates being heavy to get to install it was really easy. And they have saved the transition and the door of the trailer. Saved countless time and made moving fragile items much easier and saved a lot of time not stopping at the door and transition.

The product has held intact solidly! Its strength has held up since installation a year ago and withstood the repetitive loading of zero turns and other small machinery. Loading 61 bad boy is no problem with this plate extension. It has made the ramp door a little heavier, but its no problem for my usage and works perfectly.
