Many times Dexter hubs will fit on a Lippert axle, but Lippert does have a few axles out there with special spindle sizes. Every Lippert axle comes with a tag or plate on the axle that gives a serial number or NV number. If you can give me that number, I can tell you what parts you will need.
Otherwise, if you could not find that tag, you can simply select a hub by matching the bearing and grease seal part numbers from your existing hub. The part numbers for the bearings are usually stamped into the metal of the bearing and the grease seal number is usually stamped in the rubber. I have attached a photo that shows where the part numbers are located. You will also want to make sure you choose a hub with the correct weight capacity and bolt hole pattern. I have attached a help article that explains how to find the bolt hole pattern.
If the hub or bearings were damaged and you cannot locate the part numbers, you can take a few measurements on your spindle. This will tell us what bearings and grease seal you need for us to choose the correct hub. The photo that I attached also shows what measurements to take on your spindle. These measurements must be exact, to the nearest thousandth of an inch, so I recommend using a precise measuring tool such as a digital or dial caliper. Using a ruler or tape measure will not give an accurate measurement for this.
