  I spoke with my Fulton representative, who tells me that the Fulton # F1413250334 is set up to accept a wheel or a footplate, which will be held in by a snapper pin. If the jack doesn't have the collar with the pin hole, you must have a different jack that has the foot or caster permanently fixed in place.

Husky doesn't offer any most likely because wheel casters don't have very high capacities and the Husky Brute jacks have pretty high capacities so having a wheel for them would greatly reduce the overall capacity of the jack setup.
