Question:
Where does the rubber bearing t1020900 go on the model 10 and the replacement nylon washer t1861900. I am rebuilding a model 10 on my 26foot boat trailer and have not seen these parts anywhere. Also my backup solenoid only has 1 wire but seems to work. possible ground thru trailer? Last, I need a breakaway chain for the model 10. Will any medium duty chain work from home depot?

The rubber bearing # T1020900 and replacement nylon washer # T1861900 you referenced will go on the inner slide of the model 10 actuator. View number 3 and 48 on the diagram to the right. You can also view the instruction link attached page 9 when you are rebuilding your model 10.
The replacement breakaway chain you will need is part # T0776800. I wouldn't recommend using just any type of chain other than original replacement parts. The reason is a medium duty chain may weigh substantially more than the original part and could potentially cause incorrect triggering of the breakaway system.
Your backup solenoid is a 2-pole system and you can use any of the 2 wires. They are not polarized.
