Bolt Size to Install Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch 75237 on 2005 Toyota Sienna

Question:

Do you have the exact specs for the bolts used to connect the hitch? I have tried spraying the nuts welded into the frame with WD40 and cleaning with a wire brush but still cant get all the bolts in 3 are in, 2 are started but I cant get in any farther and 1 I cant even start. I want the specs so I can try using a tap to clean out the threads of the nuts in the frame. Thanks.

According to the instructions, the bolts for hitch part # 75237, are M12 x 1.25 x 40MM bolts. If you do not have a metric tap and die set, I would just take one of the bolts to a hardware store and match the tap to the bolt.

Is it possible to just purchase the replacement bolts/washers for this hitch? If yes, how much is it and where can I purchase it? Thanks!

Yep! For replacement hardware you can use part # RHK. Once on the product page you'll just type the model number (75237) inside the text box and select "Draw-Tite" from the manufacturer drop-down menu. We'll then sent out the complete hardware kit for that particular hitch. Pricing info is located on the product page too.
