Question:

My hitch that is installed tends to bottom out with some of the transistions from roads to drives gutters. Is there an easy way to raise the back a couple of inches to give some additional clearance?

The 2019 Toyota Sienna is a low ground clearance vehicle so there isn't much that can be done about a hitch like the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98837 scraping or bottoming out. That said, you can protect the hitch with an option like the Roadmaster Rollaway Trailer Hitch Protector part # RM-050 and that's what I recommend.

I don't recommend lifting the vehicle to give more ground clearance as this will affect the ride quality and suspension geometry which can lead to other issues down the line.
