Troubleshooting Bolt of Hitch Install Not Wanting to Thread All the Way In

Question:

The 3rd/last bolt toward inside left side of my 2017 Toyota Sienna will only go in 1/3. I tried to use impact wrench with not luck. Any tip you can give me to solve this?

Sounds like the threads of the weld nut are rusty/dirty. Best option is to get a thread tap in size M12 X 1.25 to clean the threads out so the bolt can thread in. This is a very common issue on vehicles that have seen a few winters typically.
