Hitch Extension For Class V Trailer Hitch On 2014 Dodge Truck With In-Bed Camper

Question:
I have a 2014 dodge with a factory class V hitch receiver. I hall a Lance slide in camper in the bed that sticks our past the bumper 12. I would like to flat tow my jeep wrangler. do you have a 12inch extension for a class V hitch or any advice on how to tow my jeep. Thanks! Mark

We do have a hitch extender that may work for your 2014 Dodge truck.
If the hitch has a 2 inch receiver opening, I recommend the Blue Ox Hitch Extender for Tow Bars, part # BX88264. When installed this extender moves the extender opening 12 inches rearward, which may be enough clearance for the camper you have in the bed of your truck. This extender has a 10,000 lb maximum towing capacity and 1,000 lb tongue weight capacity.
If your receiver opening is a 2-1/2 inch opening, we unfortunately do not have an extension that will work with the hitch.
