Question:

Hi, I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 8.1L and I want a front receiver hitch mounted so that the receiver lines up vertically with the tow rings. Of the models that fit my truck, is that how they will line up or will the receiver end up being below the front bumper and tow rings? Thanks

We offer two front-mount hitches for your 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD and both can be seen on the link at right. The installation instructions for both, which are also linked, indicate that in the case of both the Curt hitch # 31108 and the Draw-Tite # 65028 the factory tow hooks must be removed and cannot stay in place with the hitch installed.
