Replacement Caps for Vehicle and Hose of Demco Air Force One

Question:

I need plugs/ caps for air force one hose ends and vehicle ends. Coach is a 2022 new aire on a Spartan chassis so it has a bigger connection on coach side. Can you help me with the correct part numbers Thanks

Hey Jim!

Thanks for reaching out! Since your 2022 Newmar New Aire is on a Spartan chassis, you have a larger air connection than what's used on the standard Demco Air Force One setup.

I actually got my hands on the Spartan-Specific Air Jumper # SM6296 and tested a couple of our replacement caps to see what would fit.

I was able to confirm that the Replacement Cap # SM99609 fits the female connection on the # SM6296 hose. However, the Replacement Cap # SM99608 does not fit the larger male connection on the Spartan-specific hose.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a confirmed replacement cap for that larger Spartan connection just yet, and I don't want to recommend something that won't fit.

Are you looking to cover all four connection points, including both ends of the coiled hose and the fittings mounted on your motorhome and towed vehicle? I want to make sure we get you the right caps for everything!
