Hi Scott,
As long as your motorhome has the 'Spartan Safe Haul' system the Demco Air Force One Flat Tow Brake System for Spartan K2 400 Chassis RVs with Safe Haul # DM54YV would be compatible with the factory air lines on the motorhome. From what I'm reading every Spartan chassis from 2019 and newer should come with the Safe Haul system installed, but it never hurts to verify.
If you haven't picked out the rest of your flat towing components then I have the following recommendations for your 2018 Ford F-150:
Baseplate: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-524431-5.
Tow Bar: etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate # e84ZR. This tow bar comes with safety cables included and has an adjustable head/shank to help keep the tow bar level between the motorhome and F-150.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will transfer your light signals from the motorhome through to the tail lights of the F-150.
The battery will drain as you tow so I highly recommend installing a charge line # RM-156-25 to keep it charged from the 7-way while towing.
