Should Timbren SES Be Installed Before Setting Up a Weight Distribution Hitch

Hello, I am purchaing an rv with wdh and driving a 2026 f 150. I also would like to install timbrens . Should I install the timbrens before or after the rv dealer sets up the wdh? Thank you.

Hi Eric! I recommend installing the Timbren Rear SES # TFR1504E before the dealer sets up your weight distribution hitch. With the trailer hooked up, the Timbren SES will help limit rear squat, so you want them installed first to make sure the WDH is adjusted with the truck sitting at its actual towing ride height.
