Hey Jim, are you looking for a brake controller that you can swap from one truck to other when needed? For that type of situation a wireless brake controller like the Curt Echo # C51180 will be your best option. If you are looking for something different let me know and I'll see what would work best.

Problem is in alaska there is not a way to have wifi service on the road. There are many stretches where there is no cell service. So what else do you have

@JimS The brake controller actually emits it's own wifi signal that syncs to your phone. You do not need to be in any cell network or near any Wifi routers.
