Hey Stan yes the factory brake controller on your 2023 Ram 2500 is compatible with EOH actuators like the Hydrastar Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator w/ Breakaway and 7-Way RV Harness # HS381-9067.

We have found in the past, however, that OEM brake controllers don't work super good with EOH actuators so if you find that you're having issues we'd recommend just switching it out with an aftermarket one like the Tekonsha Prodigy # TK89UR.

@Stan Glad it's working well for you! Hydrastar makes some of the best actuators out there (at least in my opinion) and they do a great job. You will continue to be happy with it. : ) Did it go on a boat trailer? That tends to be where people put these most of the time.
