Can you tell me what axle capacity the trailer has? I don't have the ability to look up trailer component info based on the VIN at this time.

We have just the kit you'd need. The Hydrastar part # HS381-9067 comes with everything needed to convert your surge disc brakes to electric over hydraulic disc brakes. The actuator that comes with this is the most reliable one around so we recommend it highly. The Ford factory controller in your 2015 F-150 is also compatible with this.
