Lippert 4000 lb axle SerSO11018463 4000 10/17/23 Looking for bearing kit for 2024 Grand Design Imagine 2600RB. I don’t see a 4000 lb axle on your list.

Hi Steve!

Sorry for the delay, but I do have what you are looking for now! (it took a little figuring out)

The Lippert Complete Bearing Kit for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles - 15123/25580 Bearings, 15245/25520 Races # LC35ZP is going to be a direct replacement for your hubs. It includes the inner and outer bearings, inner and outer races, the seal, a tang washer, and a cotter pin. It's an all in one kit for one hub, so if you are doing multiple hubs, you will need to order this in the quantity of hubs you are doing (I think that made sense).

One thing, you will notice this says it's for a 6K axle. Don't worry about that. The 5,200 to 7,000 pound axles are all basically the exact same size (with a little variation from time to time). Lippert has been capping some of their axles at lower rates than they would typically be rated to lately, and I'm not 100% sure why. So even though this kit is rated higher, it will fit your 4K axle perfectly.
