Hey Coco!
I looked up your bike and that's an awesome e-bike! To carry it with your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited's 2" hitch, I highly recommend the Kuat Piston ION E-Bike Platform Rack for 2 Bikes w/ Ramp # KU89SR. It's able to carry 2 e-bikes or heavy bikes up to 100 lbs each, but that weight limit does reduce significantly when attached to an RV (80 lbs) or when used off-road (50 lbs) so if you plan on boondocking or veering off the path with your Jeep, there is not an option that will work for you.
The # KU89SR rack measures 14-1/4" from the pin hole, so it will clear most spare tires, but you'll want to measure your spare to make sure that you'll be able to mount this rack. Even though your Super73 M1D doesn't have fenders, if you add a second bike that does, you'll be fine because the rack mounts to the tires instead of the frame. I see the wheels of the Super73 M1D are 20"x4.5", so there is no problem with fitting in this rack, since it's able to work with wheels 18"-29" in diameter and up to 4.8" wide.
Where do you plan on taking the bike? Do you typically take it on trails or road biking?

This one is very stable for e/ bikes . Mine holds 2. We put it on the front of a Chevy Silverado 2500. Had tried a less strong one on the back of a travel trailer and it failed. Almost lost our bikes. So far so good for this one , It is much stronger .

I am going to be riding it just casually. La river, Hollywood area, etc. I don’t even have a hitch on my jeep as it didn’t come with one so I need help on getting my bike ready for everything when I want to take it with me to Palm Springs.
