Is The Blue Ox 6-Wire, Coiled Electrical Cord Available Without The Sockets?

Question:
Looking at the BX8862 blue ox wiring harness. I see it offered with the male plugs, do you offer just the cord? I had blue ox installed in my truck 4 years ago and all of the blue insulation cracked and fell apart. My truck and Rv are both wired with the plug, I really just need the cord. Suprised it fell apart that quickly

Hey Peter, thanks for reaching out. We can definitely get you a replacement for the Blue Ox # BX8862, but unfortunately Blue Ox doesn't offer just the coiled cable by itself. All of the replacement umbilical cords come as a complete assembly with cord and the sockets.
I know that's probably not the answer you were hoping for, especially since the connectors are still in good shape. At this time, replacing the entire # BX8862 assembly is the only option Blue Ox offers.
What vehicle do you tow? Does your cord pick up a lot of road salt or UV exposure?
