Hello, Im wondering what the difference between the BLU36FR and BLU66UR products are? It seems theyre nearly identical except for the hitch shank but the prices are also different. Thank you

You are exactly right. The Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # BLU36FR and # BLU66UR use the same weight distribution head, spring bars, and sway control system. The primary difference between the two is the shank that comes with the kit.
The # BLU36FR includes a 7-hole shank, while the # BLU66UR includes an 11-hole shank. The additional adjustment holes on the 11-hole shank provide a greater range of height adjustment, making it the better choice if your setup requires it. Aside from the shank, the performance, towing capacity, and sway control are the same between the two systems.
To determine which one is the better fit for your setup, park your tow vehicle and trailer on level ground. Then measure from the ground to the inside top of your hitch receiver opening, and from the ground to the bottom of the trailer coupler. Once I have those two measurements, I can tell you which shank will provide the correct amount of drop or rise for your setup.
