Can Benton MoveHitch Remain Installed All Camping Season

Question:
I tow almost every weekend during the summer. Is it okay to leave the MoveHitch installed between trips?

Hey Ryan! I would. The Benton MoveHitch # B86VR is built to stay on the vehicle, so leaving it installed throughout camping season isn't a problem. I'd just keep the moving components clean and it wouldn't hurt to occasionally inspect the hardware, especially after long trips or driving in heavy rain.
If you end up using it during the winter, I would make sure to give it a good cleaning before storage to keep things operating smoothly. Not every component on the carrier is aluminum, and that road salt is rough on just about everything.
Where do you usually camp?
