No, the Curt Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers # C51458 will not work with your 2023 Ram ProMaster 2500. There is not plug-and-play brake controller available for the 2023 Ram ProMaster 2500. All options for your van would require you to splice into the OEM wiring to add a brake controller. You can install the Curt TriFlex NEXT Trailer Brake Controller # C24VV and the Universal Wiring Adapter for Curt Trailer Brake Controllers # C51515 in your 2023 ProMaster 2500 and that will set you up with a controller for your trailer's electric brakes. The controller installs under your dash, typically under the steering column for easy access to the controller when need to adjust the gain or for manual overrides.

If you're open to brake controller brands other than Curt, I highly recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Universal Wiring Harness # RED52VR. This controller is much more low-profile than the # C51515 with a knob style gain adjuster and the computer of the controller installing behind the dash. The knob is able to install virtually anywhere on the dash of your van, but I like the look of the knob installed in a knockout panel with the Universal Mounting Panel for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controller Control Knob # 331-TPSI-001. Speaking from experience, this option will definitely save your knees from hitting the brake controller when you're getting in the cab of the van, which is a very unpleasant experience.
