I have installed the RAS heavy duty suspension to my 2018 Toy Tundra 5.7 4x4 crew. I tow a boat with a pole tongue McClain trailer. Total boat/trailer weight is approx 4500 lbs. Tongue weight is 550 lbs. Toyota says anything over 600 lb tongue weight needs a WDH. For trips over 100 miles, my truck bed will be loaded, so I feel I need a WDH. What WDH set up do you recommend? The attached photo is pre-RAS install. Thank you!

Thanks for the photo—and that's a nice boat!
Based on what you've described, I do think adding a weight distribution system would be a great upgrade to your towing setup, especially for longer trips where you'll also be carrying gear in the bed of your truck.
Since you have a pole tongue trailer, you'll first need a pole tongue adapter, such as the Pole-Tongue Adapter for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems - 14,000 lbs GTW, 1,400 lbs TW # EQ95-01-5950 This adapter provides the proper mounting points for the sway control brackets used on a weight distribution hitch. It needs to be installed 27 to 32 inches behind the hitch ball, so you'll want to make sure you have enough open space on the trailer tongue.
For the weight distribution hitch itself, I'd recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution with 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW # FA92-00-0800. It's designed for trailers with 400 to 800 pounds of tongue weight, which puts your setup right in the middle of its operating range—even after adding some cargo to the truck. That's exactly where you want to be for the best performance. It's also rated for 8,000 pounds of gross trailer weight, which is more than enough capacity for your boat and trailer.
The # EQ95-01-5950 pole tongue adapter is compatible with Fastway e2 systems.
One thing to note is that the # FA92-00-0800 does not include a hitch ball. You'll also need:
Part # EQ91-00-6100 for a 2-5/16-inch coupler, or
Part # EQ91-00-6080 for a 2-inch coupler.
Out of curiosity, you mentioned taking some longer trips. Do you have any trips planned for the summer?

Thank you very much for the detailed response. This helps a lot! First trip is 350 miles to Galveston TX. Then next year a 1500 mile trip to the Florida Keys.
