Hey Tommy! The 023-327-00 and 023-326-00 you have are Dexter 12" x 2" brake assemblies. For a replacement I recommend the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left/Right Hand - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA.

These will mount on your 5-bolt brake flange and fit your existing hub/drum assembly. If you need replacement brake hardware we have the # BRKH12 as well. If you want to stick with Dexter the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust # 23-464-465 will work as well.

What kind of 5th wheel do you have?

I installed these on our 5th wheel camper about a year ago. I also replaced the brake drums rather than having the old ones turned. We have a 42-foot, triple axle toy hauler. These brake assemblies fit perfectly, as did the drums, and have functioned flawlessly. The drums came pre-lubed, so it was an easy swap.
