Yes, the LockRack Ladder Rack Base Set with Upright, part # LR96FR, is compatible with the Rhino Rack Sportz roof rack, including the Sportz crossbars in part # RR43HG for the 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 crew cab or double cab with a naked roof. The Sportz crossbars have standard top channels, so the included T bolts slide right into the crossbar slots for a clean, secure installation. That means you won't need any additional adapters when mounting the base set to your Sportz bars. If you decide you don't want to use the t-slots, you can use the adapter part # LR53FR to mount the LockRack to the crossbars.

One thing to keep in mind is that the base set is just one part of the complete ladder carrying system. It works together with the LockRack ratcheting arms part # LR49FR, which are sold separately, to securely hold your ladder in place.
