Hey Danny, thanks for reaching out. When it comes to using a hard tonneau cover while towing a 5th wheel, its best to use a cover that has the ability to fold all the way up against the cab. That way you get full bed access when you need it, and you don't have to worry about the cover panels getting in the way of your hitch.
That said, for your 2026 F250 long bed I recommend the following:
- BAKFlip G2 Hard Tonneau Cover - Folding - Aluminum # BAK26331
This is a quad-fold hard cover that sits flush inside the bed rails. It has prop rods that allow the entire cover to fold up against the cab when you have your 5th wheel hooked up. It also secures and closes in conjunction with the locked tailgate.
Also, it is possible to install a headache rack with the tonneau cover. The BAKFlip cover leaves the bed rails and stake pockets exposed, so as long as you use a rack that installs into the stake pockets that will work just fine. Here is the headache rack I recommend:
