The BAKBox 2 Collapsible Truck Bed Toolbox # BAKBX92333 is designed to work with rails on the BAK Revolver X2/X4s, Roll-X (discontinued), and BAKFlip tonneau covers. Although the BAKBox 2 has not been tested for compatibility with the RetraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Cover for your 2017 Ford F-350 long bed, part # RT80384, from what I can see, it's highly unlikely that they would work together.
