Question:

Will this cover, when folded down and combined with a 20 inch wide tool box, allow the use of a 5th wheel hitch? I have a F-350 with 8 ft bed.

The Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Hard Tonneau Cover - Toolbox Edition # EX84488 sits on top of the bed rails of your 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty 8' bed so if your 5th wheel hitch sits below the top of your bed rails this will physically fit in that aspect, but when it comes to the cover being installed while towing a 5th wheel that unfortunately won't work because the cover will sit right above the 5th wheel hitch head.

For your application you will either need to completely remove the tonneau cover and store it (like in the 5th wheel) while you're towing, or you'll need to remove the toolbox and use the full length BAKFlip G2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK26331 because it will fold up against the cab and provide enough space for you to tow your 5th wheel.
