What is pipe diameter of headache rack? Is there any way to add lights or antenna on top of rack Thanks

Hey Danny, welcome back! I went out to our warehouse and measured one of the Putco Boss Truck Back Racks. The tube diameter is approximately 3-1/2".
There aren't any light kits or antennas made specifically for the Putco racks, but if you're planning to mount auxiliary lights, antennas, or other accessories, I'd recommend looking for 3-1/2" tube clamps or adjustable clamps that accommodate tubing in that size range. Universal clamps designed for roll bars or off-road applications tend to work well and give you plenty of options for mounting lights.
