Hey John, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter for Furrion RV Observation Cameras # FR87PR will work with both the Furrion Vision S and Vision S+ camera systems. The adapter's job is simply to provide a steady 12V power source to the trailer's camera circuit, so it isn't limited to the original Vision S cameras.
