I have a 2020 neo trailer with a single 2500lb axle with 5x4.5 bolt pattern and 2 3/8 tube diameter. I am looking to convert the hubs to 6x5.5 bolt pattern with either just a hub kit or swap out the entire axle with brakes if needed. Can you point me in the right direction Thanks

Hello Alex,
Thanks for writing in.
When I look up the specs for your trailer, I am showing that you have a straight spindle 1.063" and use both inner and outer bearing L44649, I am very sorry but we do not have a hub with a 6 on 5 1/2" bolt pattern like you requested that uses that bearing combination.
The way to make it happen is to swap out the axle to a 3,500 pound axle so you can have the spindles you need to use the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K if you wanted to add the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35, or you could stick with idler hubs with the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-655-35-K.
Can you please respond with a picture of the axle tag on your axle so I can get the information needed to find you a new axle? I need the Hub Face (HB) measurement as well as the Spring Center (SC) measurement to find you the correct fit. You can do so by responding directly to the email you receive.
