Yes, the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack # e55ZV should work great on your 2011 Jayco 32BHDS as long as it has the standard A-frame jack mounting pattern, which is what Jayco used on that trailer. The jack bolts directly into the existing 3 bolt A-frame opening and wires to your trailer's 12V battery.

The jack has a 5,000 lb lift capacity and 18" of travel, it will have no problem handling the tongue weight of your Jayco. It also includes a manual override crank and LED work light.

Hello Bruce, yes it can. The etrailer Electric Trailer Jack #e55ZV can be rotated to the size and the bolts will still line up. We have this jack on one of our trailers here at the shop and I have checked and verified it can be rotated.
