Hey Melissa, thanks for reaching out. It doesn't look like Demco provides an online version of the instruction sheet for replacing the # DR74FR fender, but I can give you some general instructions.
First, you'll want to remove the damaged fender assembly by taking out the mounting hardware securing it to the wheel pan/frame. Next disconnect the light wiring from the old fender while taking note of the wire routing.
Then position the new fender assembly in place and loosely install the mounting bolts. Next reconnect the wiring and route it the same way as the factory wiring. Make sure it is secured away from any moving parts. Then just tighten all the hardware, and make sure the fender is aligned over the tire. Test the lights before towing and you'll be good to go. Hope this helps!

You will want to remove the tire if you want easy access. I will look when I get home. I may have the instructions. An item that is not in the instructions for the light. Insert the rubber in the opening, plug in the light then push into the opening. It will be tight but it does fit. Make sure it is in all the way securely. If you don't do it correctly you will loose the rubber some where on the highway.
