Is the C59236 the wiring that I need for a 2025 Ford Escape PEHV? And if so, is there a video specific to the PEHV model. I found a video from etrailer with a 2024 Ford Escape but the video links the C55VV wiring. When I search etrailer with my vehicle, both parts come up as options. With my vehicle being a PEHV, Im cautious about the correct wiring setup. Thanks,

Hey Dennis, welcome back. The Curt Powered Tail Light Converter item # C59236 will work for your 2025 Ford Escape PHEV. However, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C55VV. I checked with Curt and took a look at our reviews to confirm that this harness will fit the PHEV models of the 2025 Escape. It's going to plug right into your tail light harness in the rear cargo area and connect directly to your battery.
I do not have an installation video for the Curt item # C59236 but I do have one for the Curt item # C55VV that I have linked below. The installation process will be the same on your 2025 Escape PHEV.

Hey Dennis, In November 2025 I installed the C55VV light connector on my 2025 Escape PHEV, works great and the connections are very straightforward and easy. The hardest part was removing the panels to run the plug wiring behind and out to the trailer hitch, the video on etrailer is very good.

I have a bike rack for two fat-tire ebikes, and I also have a Thule bike rack that holds 3 bikes that hang from their crosstube. Also, I didn't see the link for the C55VV installation video. I see two still images, but no video link. Thanks.
