Greystone Fireplace Heat Button Stopped Working

Our heat button stopped working. Is there a remote we can buy or any other options?

Hey Jami, that fireplace does not have a remote available for it but you might just try unplugging the fireplace for a minute and then plugging it back in. You'd be surprised how often just a hard reset fixes these fireplaces. Hopefully that is is as these unfortunately are not serviceable as replacement parts are not available.
