Hey Jim, thanks for reaching out. We have that! For flat tow tail light wiring for your 2017 Jeep Cherokee I recommend the following:

- Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Way to 6-Way Coiled Adapter Cord # RM-15267

This uses diodes that you wire in behind your tail lights, then you run wires to a 6-pin plug (included) mounted on the front of the Jeep. It's definitely one of our most popular, reliable tail light wiring setups. You'll also need to run a charge line # RM-156-25 which also runs thru the 6-pin plug.

There are a few important notes for the 2017 Cherokee. Some models of this vehicle may use Mortorq® fasteners. If your vehicle has these types of fasteners, you will need a PFMTS2E bit to remove them which can be ordered through a Snap-On dealer.

Are you needing the rest of the parts for your flat tow setup? I'm happy to throw together a full parts list for you. Let me know.

I installed the kit in a Chevy Colorado. Worked as it should. Pretty straightforward.

Jim that kit has very good instructions and plenty of wire. If you have Mechanical skills it will be no problem
