Hey Kory, the Pullrite Super Glide hitch part # PUL88RR that you referenced is just the fifth wheel hitch and does not come with any hardware or rails to install in the bed of a truck. This is designed to fit the industry standard above bed rails so if you let me know what truck you have I can let you know what rail kit you'd need.

@KoryB Flat bed will be tough as they sit up higher than standard truck beds which makes the height of the fifth wheel hitch need to be shorter. Usually flat bed trucks have longer beds than what requires a slider too. Do you for sure need a slider hitch? Your truck should have been made to be more of a long bed type truck as there wasn't a shorter bed made for the 4500.
