Question:
Hello, I used the rapid traverse foot pack for my Thule aero blade 53. Now I have a 2025 Kia telluride s with flush rails. Is there an adaptor pack I can use to convert these towers? Thanks!

Hi Lisa, Great question.
Yes, you can absolutely reuse your Thule AeroBlade 53 inch crossbars on your 2025 Kia Telluride S with flush rails, so you do not need to start completely over. I reached out to Thule to verify the correct setup, and the parts you would need are the Evo Flush Rail Feet part # TH710601 along with the Fit Kit part # TH77JV for the Telluride flush rail application. That combination is designed specifically for the flush side rails on your Kia and gives you a very solid, clean fitting setup while allowing you to continue using your existing AeroBlade bars.
I think this is a really nice upgrade path because it lets you keep the higher quality bars you already own without trying to force the older Rapid Traverse towers into an application they were not designed for. The Evo feet are a much better match for flush rails and will give you a more secure fit with better rail contact and cleaner overall appearance on the Telluride.
What do you plan to carry first on the new setup, bikes, skis, kayaks, or a cargo box?
