Yes, there is Jason. We actually have two different options and which one you need is going to depend on whether or not your 2025 Kia Telluride has LED lights. I have listed both of them below:

With LED Lights - Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C29ZV

Without LED Lights - Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C93FV

Both of these custom-fit T-connectors plug into your Kia's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side tail lights. It will provide you with a 4-way flat. If you need a 7-way connector you'll also have to add the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller item # ETBC7. There's no way to add just a 7-way to your Kia without it having the 4-way connector.

Additionally, I would also like to confirm that the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C13420, you referenced, does fit the 2025 Kia Telluride.

To round out your towing setup, I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
