Can Curt Safety Chain Loops Be Used As Tie-Down Points For Ram Front Pucks

Question:

I wanna use the front holes on my RAM OEM puck system. I use a BW gooseneck chain secure kit and want to use the front holes for tie down some items when not using the gooseneck

Hey Peter! You can use Curt Safety Chain Loops # C60617 in your front pucks as tie downs to secure items in your truck bed. They're listed as a fit for the rear pucks on 2014 and newer Ram trucks but they fit the front as well.

What are you securing in the truck?

Thanks Robin, Are you sure they fit? The insight geometry is way smaller than the rear holes. I have to find a way to add ballast to my rear axcel when I haul my gooseneck up the property. I thought about watertanks and I wanna secure the watertanks on that anchorpoints.

@PeterH Curt previously confirmed they would fit, and the prep package hasn't changed since then.
