Question:

We have a 2015 minnie winnie travel trailer. The door has a window in it and it has your sticker on there. The window has chosen to slip down into the door about 2 inches. Im wondering if you sell a new trim kit black for this window so II can fix it. Thank you Chris

Hi Chris,

Sorry to hear that your window is slipping down in your entry door. From what you described, it sounds like you need something like the JR Products Deluxe Window Frame for RV Entry Doors part # 37211021. It is a black window frame replacement for entry doors and fits window openings that are 12" x 21", and its outside dimensions are 15 5/8" x 24 3/4". The frame has pre-applied butyl sealant for the door and window seals as well to ensure it's a snug, watertight fit.

Thank you Claire! I'll take our frame apart and measure , to be sure. Then I'll be ordering that frame. Will I need anything else to hold the window in place?

@ChrisL You shouldn't need anything extra to hold the window in place since the frame includes the butyl sealant on it already. When you're installing the window in the frame make sure to tighten the screws gradually in a crisscross pattern, so the frame clamps evenly to hold the window. Be careful not to overtighten it so it doesn't crack the plastic frame or put too much pressure on the glass :)
