Is there a 5” or 4” off set ball that will work with the factory 2022 Chevrolet 2500 hd gooseneck hitch?

Hi Kaitlin, thanks for the question and there is a 5 inch offset that you can use with the factory gooseneck of your 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500. It's from Gen-Y and the correct one will depend on if you have the long, 8' bed or short bed:

- Short Bed: Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for GM OEM Puck Systems - 5" Offset # GY55XR

- Long Bed: Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for GM OEM Puck Systems - 5" Offset # GY73XR

These have a 25,000 lb capacity and attach really easily, inserting into the pucks and gooseneck ball hole in your Chevy's truck bed. The only other thing you would need - if you don't have them already - are a pair of chain loops, the Curt Safety Chain Loops # C60691.
