I’m replacing a Coleman-Mach rooftop AC on my camper and want to stay with a 13,500 Btu unit. Is CM97RR the right replacement?

Good afternoon Nia, the Coleman-Mach Signature Mach 3 # CM97RR is a good 13,500 Btu rooftop AC option, but it is the rooftop unit only. Since this is one of the newer R32 refrigerant units, you would only be able to replace just the rooftop AC by itself if your current Coleman-Mach setup already uses compatible modern R32 components.
If your existing AC system is more than a couple years old, you'll need to replace the matching interior components too so everything works together correctly. For a ductless setup (no roof ac vents), pair # CM97RR with the Coleman-Mach Deluxe Air Distribution Box # CM46RR. For a ducted setup (air just comes out of ac unit on celing), use the Coleman-Mach ChillGrill Air Distribution Box # CM36RR.
It fits a standard 14-1/4 inch x 14-1/4 inch roof opening and can also be used with the Coleman-Mach heater kit # CM96RR if you want light electric heat. Is your current Coleman setup ducted or ductless, Nia?
