Hi Trent!
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 56407 is what you will want for your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with the EcoDiesel. It will actually fit all versions of Wrangler Unlimited for this model year, so you are good to go!
This is a plug and play wiring harness, but you will need to run one wire to the battery for needed power. It makes it a little more difficult, but not overly so. Just take you time. I included an install video we did on a 2021 Wrangler Unlimited as well. I don't think it was an EcoDiesel, but the install will be the same.

2025 Jeep Wrangler. Easy to do. I wanted the relay box to go inside the driver`s side tail light encloser, but the green wire was not long enough. I cut it and added some more wire so i had plenty of room. Easy to run the power wire to the battery. Going to put some wire wrap on it later.
