Lithium Compatible Replacement for WFCO WF-9865

Question:
I have a camper with a WFCO inverter model number WF-9865. From my research this inverter isn’t designed to be used with lithium batteries, correct? If not, what do you recommend to replace this inverter with that is designed to be used with lithium batteries? Thanks.

Hi Trent! The WF-9865 you have now is not lithium compatible. I recommend replacing it with the WFCO Auto-Detect RV Converter Charger - Deck Mount - 12V - 65 Amp # WF98FR. This is the same 9865 you have now so it will be an easy swap. The only difference is the auto detect feature so it will be able to identify the lithium batteries and use the right charging profile.
