Question:
Ok, so, this is for a DIY welded offroad motorcycle trailer kit. The loaded trailer will be much less than 1000 lbs, so I dont need electric brakes. To this, I will add some hub to accommodate 33-35inch All-Terrain tires. Can you recommend the remaining parts to hub/rim, etc., to complete the setup? Thanks!

Hey Russel. There's two different hub options that will work with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension item # ASR35HDS01. Which one you need is going to depend on the lug nut pattern and how large of wheels you want to use. I have listed them below:
8 on 6-1/2 - Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly item # AKIHUB-865-7-2-K. This one works with with 16"–17-1/2" trailer wheels.
6 on 5-1/2 - Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly item # AKIHUB-655-6-EZ-K. This one works with 14-1/2" to 16-1/2" trailer wheels.
These pre-greased idler hubs are sold individually and include all the bearings, races, seal, grease cap, and lug nuts you'll need.
What kind of bikes are you hauling?

Hauling a 400 pound Husqvarna Enduro 701 plus some support vehicle gear in Roam boxes--about 600 lbs total, plus trailer weight, so about 975 lbs.
