B&W Trailer Hitch Receiver for 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Premium

Question:

Hi ETrailer, I am interested in the BandW hitch receiver BW32PR 2 for my 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Premium. I have a few questions for you: 1. Please confirm vehicle fit, and with no muffler contact. 2. Please advise as to whether my Thule T2 Classic 9044 2 will fit into the BandW hitch receiver once mounted on to my Crosstrek. 3. I would assume that the BandW hitch parts are well packaged for shipment so that the various parts are not damaged and dont have chipped paint upon delivery? 4. How does this hitch compare to the other hitches that you carry for my vehicle in terms of corrosion resistance? Thanks, KO365

Hey KO365! The B&W Trailer Hitch Receiver # BW32PR will fit your 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Premium. We have only seen the vibration/contact with the muffler on the Wilderness models so that won't be an issue. Also yes, you will be able to use your Thule T2 Classic with this hitch.

This particular hitch hasn't been out for too long but B&W does a great job with their powder coat so I expect it to outperform similar hitches. It will be well packaged, but sometimes even the best packaging can be thwarted by a wild UPS driver slinging boxes into a truck. If there is a major issue you can reach out to our customer service and we will take care of it.

What will you be using the hitch for aside from your bike rack?
