Wheel # AM20552 is a 15 x 6 inch trailer wheel that will accept ST205/75-15 and ST225/75-15 tires. These are trailer tire sizes. P215/75-15 is a car tire size. Car tires should not be used on trailers. The reason is because trailer tires are constructed with a thicker sidewall than passenger vehicle tires to handle more vertical load. I cannot recommend using a P215 on a trailer wheel. Physically though it would fit.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
